Lastly, as you’d hope and expect, the name is correct you’re Ocean Front and so it’s easy to pick-up their S’mores bundle pack and walk out to the beach for a fun night of ghost stories or Sand Dollar searching during the day. I’ve seen some of the critiques on the rooms being dated and I’ll say this: I’ve stayed over 25 nights in the past year at hotels ranging from the Peninsula Chicago (a true 5-star) to a variety of Marriott flags (from high end to moderate) and for those that want to critique the rooms, they should probably pull out their wallets and spend for something that is more in line with their expectations as opposed to getting the value they get at Hi Tide and complain. Seaside is a great spot for families with kiddos and Hi-Tide is a tremendous value for families like ours. The views are, of course, incredible, but both are a good value and worth it.
